COach Registration
Clearances required to coach with Slater Youth Field Hockey:
- Pennsylvania State Police Background Check https://epatch.pa.gov/home
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS
- If you have not lived in Pennsylvania for at least ten years, you will need to complete an FBI Clearance. https://www.pa.gov/agencies/dhs/resources/keep-kids-safe/child-abuse-clearances/fbi-fingerprinting
Clearances are good for 5 years, and should be dated no earlier than October 31, 2021 in order to be valid. If yours are outdated, please complete as soon as possible to be eligble to coach. Please email SlaterYouthFieldHockey@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.
